The Story of OVViO

In 1994, Anthia Koullouros began consulting as a Naturopath, Herbalist & Homeoopath. She opened her very first clinic in Gurner Street Paddington, called Out of the Earth Health & Beauty Clinic. It was named one of Sydney’s best de stress clinics by Sydney Morning Herald. During this period she also worked in various Health food Stores & Pharmacies gaining retail and wholesale experience.

In 2004, Anthia, found a quaint, historical, Paddington corner terrace and opened OVViO The Organic Lifestyle Store & Naturopathic Clinic. The store was reminiscent of old fashioned Apothecaries of the 18th Century, offering organic, natural products displayed on floor to ceiling wooden shelves that wrapped around the entire store.

OVViO Organic Teas were then created, hand blended & packaged in quaint brown bags to offer clients & customers a therapeutic, chemical free as well as a beautiful tea drinking experience.

OVViO Organic Teas are offered as 2 categories:

1. Organic Herbal Teas (caffeine free)
2. Organic White, Green & Black Teas (contain caffeine).

The herbal teas are created from organic herbs & spices sourced from around the world. Single herbal teas are available as well as the herbal tea blends, which are a poetic fusion of buds, seeds, leaves, flowers, fruits, pods, bark or twigs.

Being organic, the taste of OVViO Organic Teas are fresh, clean, complete & intense. Each cup bursts with natural fragrance, flavour & free of herbicides, pesticides, weedicides & genetically modified ingredients. Considerate of humanity, the environment, animals, climate, farming practices & the overall quality of the tea. Good for you & our environment. OVViO certainly is the tea with a conscience.

Therapeutically blended according to the principles of traditional herbal medicine, each tea offers an emotional, physical and mental health benefit of calm, energy, clarity, restoration or detoxification. OVViO Organic Herbs & Spice Blends & Singles followed to offer clients a healthy and delicious culinary experience.

In 2011, OVViO was ready to expand with a fresh new look & relocated to Five Ways, Paddington with a larger collection of teas, herbs & spices.

Anthia Koullouros offers her clients and patients a no nonsense, fad free, honest and informative approach to achieving health and happiness and overcoming illness. She is an example of amazing health and vitality and that in itself is the essence to her success!
