OVViO reserve the right to make adjustments to information or pricing due to typographical errors, supplier or manufacturer price changes, which may occur at any time without notice.

OVViO will always endeavor to deliver your goods promptly and securely within our approximate delivery times. We cannot make guarantees on delivery times as this is dependent on our suppliers or manufacturers deliveries to us and our delivery service providers: Fast way Courier and Australia Post. We accept no liability on situations out of our control.

All products remain the property of OVViO and will not be delivered until full payment has been received.

OVViO will always endeavor to keep a good stock of all our lines so we can supply you immediately. However, if we are out of stock of a product at the time of your purchase, we will offer an alternative or place a special order for you.

Products are inclusive of GST.

OVViO has sourced products we believe to meet our highest health and safety standards. We are however, reliant on the accuracy of this information being provided to us by the manufacturer of the product.

We aim to include in this website accurate pictures of the products, along with their ingredients and nutritional information (where applicable). However, OVViO does not warrant the accuracy of any product descriptions or photographs. We advise that you always read the label on the product you purchase to obtain all information and satisfy yourself as to any claims being made by the product and/or its manufacturer.

We recommend you contact the manufacturer if you require further information or clarification on their product.

Packaging

We believe in recycling. We will securely and consciously package your products using recycled boxes and fillings that we have received from our suppliers and manufacturers from the goods that they have sent to us. This will be in the form of cardboard boxes, shredded paper, cellophane and bubble wrap.

Returns Refunds/Exchanges

We are happy to offer our customers a full refund and/or exchange policy (excluding freight charges) on all product(s) returned to us within 14 days of your purchase. You are required to contact us to obtain a refund /exchange code.

This code number, along with your original receipt and a written note advising us of the reason for return must be accompanied with all returns. All returns must be unopened, in their original packaging and condition.

All monies will be returned in the same method that was used to purchase product(s) egg. credit card purchases will only be refunds via the same credit card.

Our staff take care in inspecting and packing product(s) so the reach you in perfect condition. We will exchange all faulty/damaged product(s). Simply call us within 2

days of receiving the goods (to obtain a faulty/damaged code) and return them to us within 14 days of purchase. The faulty/damaged code, along with your original receipt and a written note advising us of the fault/damage must be accompanied with all returns. Upon receipt of the product(s) we will send you a replacement.

Privacy Policy

We value our customer’s privacy. The information you provide us is necessary in order for us to do business with you and/or meet your order requirements. The personal information that you provide us with will not be rented, sold or exchanged to third parties, except where we are legally obliged to disclose such information.
