The practitioner and therapy is a guide to help the client stimulate and create an environment for the body to switch on its own innate healing abilities. The practitioner empowers the client to take responsibility for their own health by teaching self-care. A practitioner does not heal a client nor do they want that responsibility as this disempowers the client.

Achieving amazing Health & Happiness: How is this achieved in consultations….
There are 3 steps in helping you achieve your health and happiness goals.
Step 1 is to meet you where you are at and give you the tools to better understand how your mind and body works and what it takes to be a healthy human being. We address the underlying reason for your ill health and offer symptomatic relief if need be. This is called the Transition Process. We are all subject to the same fundamental physiological laws. We all have the same basic requirements nutritionally, physically and emotionally even though we express biochemical, emotional, physical individuality because of our upbringing, knowledge imparted or learnt, patterns, beliefs, environment, food & lifestyle choices and what our parents/family have imparted to us. Hence why the Transition Process is an individual process. Once the mind and body is running rhythmically, healthily, beautifully we can impart Step 2. Step 2 is Seasonal Cleansing (http://www.ovvioorganics.com.au/meet/seasonal-cleansing-consultation). Step 3 is maintenance, keeping healthy and well and living and staying in a rhythm and on the path that you desire.
